MRI BOTSWANA LIMITED: Refund Policy
General Terms
- Refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the MRI Botswana Limited Terms and Conditions.
- Training fees are refundable, subject to a deduction for administrative and handling fees, including cancellation penalties.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed electronically to a bank account within 30 days from approval.
- Refunds are contingent upon the condition of the returned items and the full return of any goods purchased.
- Any outstanding balances owed by the requester will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.
- To request a refund, please submit an application through a downloadable refund request form to refunds@mri.co.bw.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of MRI Botswana Limited.

- A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and your benefit and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
- The exercise of the parties’ rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

- Kindly take note that MRI Botswana.com reserves the right to send notifications to users through various platforms including but not limited to email and SMS.
14. Entire Agreement
- Subject to Section 12.1, these terms and conditions, together with (our privacy policy), shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.
15. Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Botswana.
- Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
